| Recent Projects: We recently completed a 90,000 square foot renovation for Lockheed Martin at their Deer Creek Facility, located southwest of Denver in Deer Creek Canyon. Mechanical systems upgrades included conversion to DDC controls, and provisions for Department of Defense security and acoustical separation within the facility. We are currently designing an additional 50,000 square foot renovation, including upgrades to the building chilled water cooling system. We provided Mechanical HVAC and Plumbing Engineered drawings for The Integer Group, which is the fifth largest promotional agency in the United States. Their new 100,000 square foot facility is located at Belmar (formally Villa Italia) in Lakewood, Colorado. About half of their space is conditioned via an 18-inch high pressurized floor plenum.
